The entrance fee for our community is a one-time non-refundable deposit of $7,500. This fee secures your desired apartment for you and ensures that it will be move-in ready on your arrival. It also helps support the overall operations of the community, ensuring we can continue to offer all the amenities our residents enjoy.

We have a monthly calendar filled with a wide variety of activities and outings. Our residents are involved in all aspects of programming at our community, including leading and planning activities through a variety of resident led committees. You can routinely find programs such as exercise classes, drama group, happy hour, card and table games, shopping trips, and visits to museums, shows and the casino on our calendar.

The Oxford campus is home to several levels of care. We work closely with our partners in Oxford Crossings (personal care) and Oxford Rehab (nursing care) to ensure our residents have access to the level of care which is most appropriate for them at any given time. This allows for seamless transitions to a higher level of care should the need arise.

During the initial move-in process, we request a comprehensive financial assessment which we will review with you to ensure the affordability of our apartments over the long term. We encourage our residents to provide updated financial information yearly so we can assist with any concerns over availability of funds to cover monthly fees. After a specified period, residents may become eligible for support from the Benevolent Fund, a non-profit organization run by our resident community which helps to subsidize monthly fees for residents who have depleted their assets.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community for household animals up to 50 pounds. All residents with pets must review and adhere to our pet policy.

We have a Wellness Clinic that is staffed by an RN Monday-Friday during regular business hours. Our Wellness Director offers consultation for medical concerns and apartment visits if a resident is not feeling well. We also have visiting clinicians who provide services such as podiatry and audiology, and a weekly visit from our laboratory partner for on-site bloodwork and lab draws. Additional services, such as PT/OT/Speech Therapy or Palliative/Hospice care, can be arranged through our clinic as well. All wellness services are provided on a fee-for-service basis

Our residents enjoy freshly prepared meals daily for dinner, with a diverse menu developed by our Executive Chef. Our resident Food Committee also provides input and ensures we are serving food our residents enjoy and request. Our café is open for lunch Monday-Friday, which can be billed to the resident’s account. Complimentary continental breakfast is also available in our café daily.

Your apartment will be move-in ready with our standard paint and flooring options, and we encourage all residents to make their new apartment their home with personal furnishings and decorations. Should you desire to make renovations to your apartment, all requests must be approved by the Executive Director prior to any work commencing.
